Overview:
Treffio is a SaaS solution built on top of SuperAppEngine and a Premium commercialization model.

The solution boasts a feature set that covers all aspects of event management, from the Public area to the guests area with web and mobile, all the way through ticket sales, entrance ticket check, venue management, wardrobe and surveys, and automated messaging based on events and time triggers.

App for guests

Finally, participants to an event are only one button away from following the latest news about the next big event. After registration, it’s possible to log in to an event app, simply by either using your email or your phone number to receive a verification code. The app will be available at Apple Appstore or Androids Google Play.

With the modern hybrid app, the participant will be able to receive push notifications, browse content from the event, answer quizzes and questions and receive news about the event. The visual interface will be customized by the event organizer to make each event experience unique for the participant, by changing the frontend theme for each event. The guest can use their app as a ticket for the event.

Web Landing Pages

We make it possible for the event organizer to deploy a web landing page from the same system as the app is generated, thereby making it fast and easy to make new events. The visuals can thereby be changed in the same place to style your event and your landing page to be aligned with a few clicks.

Reuse successful setups from earlier and duplicate your events to have a finished setup faster. It’s optional if you want to use these web landing pages or you simply want to embed our registration into your existing website.

CMS features

Make unique content pages for your web landing page and app. Use headline types, text formatting, and easy-to-use embed methods to embed YouTube videos, Google Maps, and many other scripts to give your users an even better experience.

Registration module with payment integration

Make your customized registration forms that can either be integrated directly on an auto deployed web app or embed into your own website. The registration module allows you to make simple or advanced registration flows.

For more advanced events you can use our relation matrix wizard to make relations between different questions to make a custom flow during the event registration.

Choose between input types for example text, checkmark or dropdowns indicated quantity and prices. The registration flow will update the process on the way so you can see how far you are in the process. If the ticket or other event objects costs money the flow is ensuring payment as the last step after accepting the registration. Email flows for confirmations can be customized by the end-user.

Message center

Send out emails, SMS’s and push messages from the same message center within the Treffio product.

The messages can be scheduled to be sent out at a certain time and can be automated so they are sent when certain actions are performed. Furthermore, you can specify which audiences should receive the messages, so you can make flows where the right people receive the right and relevant information they need.

You will be able to send text messages to yourself, or to certain people, to make sure the message looks exactly like you want before shipping it to your audiences.

Audience module

Use the audience module to make dynamic audiences that later can be used for sending messages or allowing different people to gain access to specific information about the event.

The audiences can be labeled with icons you can choose yourself and be updated automatically when new participators join the event. You can for example make audiences based on people being allergic to certain foods or coming from special departments within a company. The audience module allows you to customize your events and give them a unique feel for each participator.

Ticket system

Create, buy, scan, and monitor tickets with our ticket system. We have made a wizard in the administration panel that makes it easy for you to design and create your tickets.

Tickets can be bought by participants doing signup or in case of a non-paid event be given after the subscription. Tickets can also be sent manually to participants from the backend which is a feature often used by enterprises for their company events

The ticket also exists in the participators app. For scanning, you can either use our web app scanning interface, which is supported by physical barcode scanners or you can use the administration app interface. The ticket scanning process can be followed easily through our live monitoring interfaces, so it’s easy for the event organizer to know how many people have arrived and how many no-shows there are at any given time.

The check-in system also supports RFID chips that can be linked to each participant after the registration process which gives whole new possibilities in an event for example making a digital wardrobe.

App for management

The app for management is used to provide features like scanning tickets and RFID. The management app will as time pass include more features for the event organizers to easier be able to manage and monitor their events.

Live statistic interface

At the event, it’s possible to regularly check up on the statistics dashboard to see how many participants have their tickets scanned, how many have still to show.

The dashboard updates live, so you will not have to refresh the screen regularly. We can customize the statistics dashboard to support the statistics you want to see as the event unfolds.

Event support desk module

We allow the event participants to have a help desk at the event where participants can go if they for example lost their ticket. The supporter can look up participators, check them in manually, issue a ticket or forward the ticket to a participant’s email. The even support panel also allows you to see general statistics, find information or edit a participator’s information, etc.

Digital wardrobe

The digital wardrobe can take your wardrobe experience into the digital age. By using RFID wristbands or simply the event ticket, it’s possible to get this scanned at the wardrobe, to let the personnel know your name, and get a number in the wardrobe for which your belongings can be stored. The app can then display what numbers you have in the wardrobe and the personnel can greet the participant by name.

News module

Give your participants regular news about events to create the hype that your events deserve. The news section contains a list of news where the participants can see which of them they have seen and which are new.

A new article can be pushed through the message center and upon click on the notification, you will be sent to the right news article. Using badges the event organizer can make sure to make it more noticeable each time something new happens at the event.

Quiz module

Make quizzes to engage your audience before the event. Make questions, choose the winning answers and pick up a winner from the pool of correct answers. You will be able to notify the winner and everyone else that participated. Make your event more active and vibrant using our quiz system. Quizzes can be sent out as push notifications.

Question module

Questions can be asked during the event and automatic audiences can be generated based on the questions. You can use them for generating event feedback, make unique-selection during the event, arrange which message people would like to receive, and much much more.

GDPR readiness

We have made the system GDPR ready, thereby making it possible to be deleted & forgotten, get all data sent, and more. We can customize the experience here for you, to match into the flow you would like here.

User administration management

We have made the system ready for several different standard roles with the opportunity to customize these for your wish. Thereby you can have a super administrator that can do everything across multiple events, have an event organizer that has access to one certain event, have a statistics only role, that cannot change anything in the system but have a general overview, and have a ticket scanning role that can only scan tickets from the administration app. With our features, you can collaborate with multiple other users to create your events.
