Modern web app interface

Made by a Danish design company, we have integrated a pixel-perfect layout, consisting of multiple breaking points to work seamlessly across high-definition screens, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

We have used the latest technologies and trends to make the design easy to use, fast, and work seamlessly. We use SVG’s for animations so we in just a few lines of code with a couple of bytes can make animations that work across all devices.

Catalogue creator

Create your catalogues by using an easy-to-use filter to find objects that you can select directly from the filter.

Add items to the catalogue and click create to get a catalogue that is ready in a carefully styled PDF document, that you can either ship digitally or print directly.

The template has been designed in such a way that it’s print-friendly and well designed, no matter which products you are choosing from the catalogue.

Advanced search & filter functions

Use the advanced search and filter functions to find items in the library by name, across categories, time of production, by tag, by producer, and much much more.

The search results are shown either as a gallery view for a quick visual overview or as a lost more condensed list view.

Product category system

The product categories are chosen when an item is created. More categories can be added to the system and each category has its template of base data. For example, architecture, which has different fields than design and so forth.

The fronted layout also changes with the categories and the items are displayed in different ways.

Internal communication thread system

This allows the admin roles to be able to communicate about certain items internally in the system, much like how a conversation works on Facebook.

The feature has been expanded to include a feature to be able to copy an email address into the BCC field in emails to automatically post messages in the email into the communication string about a certain item.

File upload and folder structure

We allow admins to create their folder structure on items and upload files in these folders, thereby having a central place to put files related to certain items. It’s possible to rename, delete and edit files and folders.

Tag managing system

The system allows you to tag different items and use these tags inline in the item description allowing the user easily to go to other related tags while exploring the library.

While editors might misspell a tag or create a near duplicate, our tag-managing system allows to delete tags and merge all old results to the right tag or modify tag names after creation.

User administration management

The system has different user levels with its unique accesses. The super-admins have access to everything and to make users on their own level or below. The editors have access to edit everything and create users on their own level or below, while not being able to ready conversations and access certain files.

The viewer level only has access to view items, not view files and conversations, and is not able to add users. We have a complex matrix of rules of what different users can do that can be modified upon request from the end-customer

Our idea

TThe idea was to create an easy access to a world full of design, but also an easy access to edit and create new items. It was important that editors were in control through a simple design and useful administration panel, but also a simple and UX friendly front page where it was easy for administrators to filter and search for specific designs.
